7A Resort offers three ten-room lodges for groups-Cowboy, Indian, and Ponderosa Lodges. Each has a large meeting room and group kitchen. The bedrooms each have two queen-sized beds (with the possibility of an added rollaway bed) and their own private bathrooms.  Groups that are slightly larger than one lodge, but not big enough for two or three can overflow to our Dodge House or Pioneer House. The friendly office staff and group manager Dick Larson will be sure that you get just the combination you need.

In addition to sleeping facilities, 7A also offers the Caballero Cantina for small group meetings. The cantina, adjacent to the pool, will seat about 30 people. It has a mini-kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, and sink; cable TV with CD player; games; and books for relaxing. Friends and family in cabins like to rent this unit to eat together or have a party.  This facility available for registered guests in the cabins and lodges only.

Large group meetings can be held in the Opera House in adjacent Pioneer Town. The Opera House will seat over 100 people and has a stage for entertaining or speaking.

For small weddings or religious services, the Pioneer Chapel is also available. This facility will seat about 75.

Lodge Cancellation Policy

Only cancellations received 180 days prior to check in date in peak season (Memorial Day - Labor Day) will be eligible for a deposit refund less a cancellation fee of $20.00 per unit cancelled.  Off peak season requires a 90 day advance notice to be eligible for a refund, less cancellation fee of $20.00 per unit cancelled.
